• The Exotic Zobo is our only blend that contains sugar, added specifically to balance its bold, traditional spice profile.
• The rest of our collection (O’Natural, Creamy Sips, and Caramel Luxe) contains no added sugar, relying entirely on the raw goodness of our botanicals and fruits.

Do your drinks contain sugar?
We believe in transparency and catering to different tastes across our collection:
• Exotic Zobo: To achieve the bold, spiced flavor profile of this traditional recipe, we add granulated sugar. This balances the natural tartness of the hibiscus and the heat of the indigenous spices.
• O’Natural Zobo: This is our sugar-free hero. It contains no added sugar at all, just pure, tart botanical goodness.
• Tiger Nut Collection: Our Creamy Sips and Caramel Luxe contain no added sugar. They rely entirely on the natural sweetness of the tiger nut tubers and sun-ripened dates.
What makes your Tiger Nut drinks “creamy” if they are dairy-free?
That is the magic of the tuber! Our Creamy Sips and Caramel Luxe utilize a high-pressure extraction process that releases the natural fats and fibers of the tiger nut, creating a “creaminful” velvet texture. Caramel Luxe is further elevated with dates to provide a rich, silken finish without any dairy or thickeners.
How long does the drink last?
When kept frozen, they last up to the stated expiry date. Because we use no preservatives, our drinks are fresh and perishable. Follow the storage instructions on the label.
Do I need to keep them refrigerated?
Absolutely. To maintain the “Pure Vibes” and ensure maximum freshness, your drinks must be kept chilled at all times.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across the UK. Because our products are fresh, we use specialized shipping to ensure they arrive at your doorstep in perfect condition.
How does delivery work?
You can place an order at any time! We dispatch orders on Mondays & Wednesdays for next-day delivery on Tuesdays & Thursdays to ensure your drinks arrive fresh. Note: Special weekend delivery is available on request.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes! If you are located in Worcester, you can opt for local collection to bypass shipping costs. Simply select “Local Collection” at checkout, and we will get in touch to arrange a convenient pickup time for your frozen sips.

Can I return my order?
Due to the perishable nature of our natural drinks and UK food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will make it right.
