- No Preservatives: You acknowledge that Haus of Sips drinks (including our Zobo and Creamy Tiger-nut blends) are made with no preservatives and no additives.
- Perishability: Because our drinks are natural and “just pure Vibes,” they are highly perishable. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the storage instructions (refrigeration) provided upon delivery.
- Scientific Standard: While our founder uses a background grounded in precision and health to ensure excellence, our drinks are natural products and slight variations in flavor or color may occur between batches due to the nature of our ingredients.
- Sugar & Ingredients Disclaimer: You acknowledge that Exotic Zobo is sweetened with granulated sugar to complement its traditional spiced profile. Our O’Natural Zobo is entirely sugar-free with no added sugar. It is the customer’s responsibility to select the appropriate blend based on their dietary requirements or health restrictions.
3. Orders & Pricing
- Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
- Pricing: Haus of Sips reserves the right to change prices at any time to reflect the premium nature of our ingredients and heritage-driven recipes.
- Availability: As our blends are intentionally crafted in small batches, availability is subject to change.
4. Delivery & Shipping
- Shipping Method: To ensure you receive the highest quality sips, all juices are shipped frozen using a next-day tracked delivery service. This cold-chain process is essential to maintain the integrity and “Pure Vibes” of our preservative-free blends.
- Dispatch Schedule: You can order anytime! Orders are dispatched on Mondays & Wednesdays for next-day delivery on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Special weekend delivery is available upon request.
- Delivery Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on the total packed weight of your order to cover specialized handling of heavy liquid goods:
• 0 – 5 kg: £5.99
• Over 5 – 10 kg: £7.99
• Over 10 – 15 kg: £9.99
• Over 15 – 20 kg: £11.99
• Over 20 – 25 kg: £13.99
• Over 25 – 30 kg: £15.99 - Accuracy & Spoilage: Customers must provide accurate delivery information and ensure someone is available to receive the package. Given the perishable, natural nature of our frozen products, failed delivery attempts due to incorrect information or customer absence may result in spoiled products which will not be refunded.
- Timelines: While we use a next-day service, delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and are not absolute guarantees.
- Local Collection: For customers located in or near Worcester, we offer a free local collection option. After placing your order, please contact us to coordinate a pickup time.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Beverage Safety: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened or unopened beverage products.
- Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged or compromised, you must contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can maintain our standard of excellence.

The Haus of Sips name, logo, “Pure Vibes” slogan, and all content regarding our African street culture-inspired branding are the property of Haus of Sips. Unauthorized use of our heritage-driven creativity is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Haus of Sips is not liable for any health issues arising from improper storage of the drinks once they have been delivered. Our mission is to nourish the body, but the customer must ensure the drinks are consumed within the recommended timeframe.
